TOP TEN RESTAURANTS

Andalusia is the home of tapas, and eating out is great fun as long as you are prepared to take a few chances. Entering a packed bar can be a bit intimidating, but take it slowly and you'll soon get in the swing. Just don't try to do everything at once. Jostle your way to the bar, and order a drink while you decide what to have. As many places only have a chalked list in Spanish, look around at what other people are having then just point out want you want to the waiter. As long as you keep smiling, no one will be offended. There are, of course, plenty of sit-down restaurants too, and the best are resurrecting forgotten Moorish recipes and serving them in creative and modern ways.
